Montrose has voted a couple of times to support someone in this role. Ideally we are looking for someone who is able to help form this with the help of Edmonton Neighborhood Watch.     Hi Montrose Community, At our last couple of meet Hi Montrose Community, At our last couple of meetings the Montrose Community League Board have discussed the need to form a Volunteer Social and Programs Committee. This Committee would be chaired by our Socials and Programs Chairs and or our Current President/Board appointed representative and meet as required to help plan current and future activities of the League (Such as Dances, BBQ's, Craft Sales, Paint Nights, Pub Nights, Etc.). The idea of this Committee would be to help with the planning, organizing, and running of the programs to help take some of the Stress of the Socials and/or Programs Director. If you are interested in joining this Committee please feel free to contact us by calling 780-471-2758, by email at MontroseSocials1992@gmail.com, or by messaging us on here with a way of contacting you when we are ready to start meeting as a Committee.     Temporary Change to Community Swim Hi Everyone, T Temporary Change to Community Swim Hi Everyone, Today we recieved notice that April 7, 2025 to April 22, 2025 Eastglen Pool will be shutdown for 2 weeks. We have been in touch with The City of Edmonton and they will be changing our Community Swim Hours over to Commonwealth Pool (11000 Stadium Road). This will be for the weekends of April 12 and April 19. Swim Times at Commonwealth for these 2 weekend will be Saturday 3-5 pm Sunday 1-3 pm
