    With winter, snow and ice just around the corner - With winter, snow and ice just around the corner - Montrose Community Hall will be hosting a hour long session about fall prevention for seniors. The course is FREE so be sure to tell your friends, neighbours and parents. Exercises, techniques and advice to prevent falling AND how to get up if you do How: You can come drop in the night of OR  pre-register via phone at (780)-977-4808
